Ear wax treatment is limited to clients of 18 years and above.

Depending on the severity of the ear wax build up, we can use any of micro suction, water irrigation or manual methods for the ear wax extraction treatment.
Amends, Cancellations and Refunds
We recognize that plans can change and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.
​
To maintain the highest level of service to all our valued clients, we respectfully ask that you notify Ear Wax Extraction of any amendments or cancellations at least 3 days before your planned appointment.
​
For any requests to alter your appointment with less than 3 days notice, we regret that we will be unable to make any amendments to the scheduled appointment.
​
A £30 non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking. Eligible refunds will be charged back to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
